With her passion for maintaining close connections with the grower community and Southwest produce industry make her the ideal addition to BioSafe’s Agronomy Team. When asked about her prior careers and how those experiences will help her excel as the Regional Technical Agronomist for the Southwest Region, Raina provided an excellent and concise answer, “At Texas Citrus Mutual I was able to sit down with producers and listen to issues that they’ve had. BioSafe Systems’ has provided me the opportunity where not only can I still listen to my producer’s challenges, but now provide effective and proven solutions.” She is looking forward to “being in the field with the Crop Advisors and producers, getting [her] hands dirty, and helping address the increasing challenges through effective and economical solutions.” Her biggest draw to her new career path was “BioSafe’s family-owned company culture and its high reputation in the Agrichemical market.” Raina adds, “Plus, I take immense pride knowing I’m valued Team Member in a private company that stands firm on its commitment to manufacturing its products in the United States; I know the growers and industry in my area value that core principal.”
