BioSafe Systems recognizes that the rapidly changing events surrounding COVID-19 is an unprecedented challenge and the source of uncertainty. The health and welfare of our team, our customers, and the communities in which we live, and work continue to be our top priority. BioSafe Systems has put in place new policies and procedures to comply with all local and national guidelines and the recommendations of public health authorities.
BioSafe Systems is in a unique situation of being able to provide powerful and effective products to provide high levels of Biosecurity to our customers and distribution partners. We are committed to keeping our daily production plants open at all three locations and operating and providing our customers with the continued high level of service you expect.
BioSafe Systems has implemented internal social distancing and expanded workplace sanitization policies to minimize the risk of exposure to our employees. Effective immediately, our sales team will minimize all in-person meetings with our customers in favor of telephone or virtual (online) meetings. In the case that your business may require a face to face meeting, we will work to adhere to your company’s operational and facility guidelines and policies.
Since BioSafe Systems provides products and services for the nation’s food supply, we are committed to being part of the solution. While these challenges are deep-reaching in all of our organizations and communities, we will continue to do all we can to make our products available and to provide high levels of sanitation and food safety.
BioSafe Systems is structured to work seamlessly with our team members across North America so there should be no loss of communication or service with our corporate office and/or any of our team members.
